Physical Products (Books & Flashcards)

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.

​

To be eligible for a return:

• items must be unused and in their original condition

• items must be returned in original packaging where possible

• customers are responsible for return postage costs

Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Due to the nature of digital downloads/resources, digital products are non-refundable.
